The EU attaches importance to human rights and all member states must show respect for human rights.

Turkey must conform to the common foreign and security policies of the EU.

National law must be readjusted to conform to the EU's common law.

Turkey is compelled to abide by the European Court of Human Rights ruling on Titina Loizidou v Turkey.

Turkey is compelled to comply with the EU's policy on Greece and Cyprus.

Turkey will no longer have claim to sovereign rights over Cyprus.

Turkey will be compelled to permit freedom of movement, settlement and ownership in the currently occupied area of Cyprus.

The refugees will accordingly reclaim what is theirs - their stolen lands and properties!
